Heinz Pension Plans Property Investment Fund (HPPPIF) has purchased Newmarket Trade Park, Plot 7, Newmarket Business Park, Studlands Park Avenue, Newmarket CB8 7ER for £2.4M.
The property comprises 27,000 sq.ft. arranged within two industrial terraces producing an annual exclusive rental income of £173,046.00. The building was constructed in 2004.
Tenant profile includes Plumb/Parts Centers, Howdens, Chubb Fire and Idexx Corporation Inc.
The units incorporate 7m eaves height, profiled cladding walls, electrically operated up & over loading doors with good on site car parking.
HPPPIF were represented by CBRE Collective Investors.
